Who doesn’t want to live well? The thing we don’t know is how?

If I’m disease-free, will that be enough? What if I’m not poor? Is that living well?

What if I have great relationships and I’m successful at my work? Is that living well?

What if I have peace of mind and I’m able to get a deep 8 hours of sleep every night? Is that living well?

What if my kids are learning the right things and growing into the human beings the world needs? Is that living well?

Maybe yes. But not if it’s just one of the above. You are living well if you are working on each of the above areas of your life. Because Total Wellness is different from just “a healthy body”. Most diseases today have their roots in the thinking and stress that we carry. Then why is it that most people are not able to do anything about it? The biggest single reason is "resistance". Man is a creature of habits, and bad habits come faster than good ones. The good ones take a lot of time and effort to cultivate.

The best way to get the good ones inculcated and established is to become a part of a community of like minded people. The support that you will get, the encouragement, the ideas, the will feel like why didn't I do this all this while?
